This polyester fabric is woven on a 230T water loom, and undergoes a series of processes including standardization, dyeing, finishing, and PU white plastic coating. It offers a soft feel, excellent waterproof performance, and good elasticity. The fabric width is 160 cm, with a weight of 122 grams per square meter. Currently, it's priced at 11.80 yuan per meter, available in colors like camel gray, dark blue, beige, and dark coffee—each selling well. It’s ideal for producing sports apparel, ski suit fabrics, and casual wear. At present, this nylon Taslan fabric mainly serves export orders, but domestic sales are also starting to pick up, with an optimistic outlook for the market.
Another popular fabric is the dull pongee anti-velvet coated fabric made from dull polyester DTY. Its density has been increased, resulting in a softer touch and expanded functionality. Sales potential is steadily growing in both Shengze and Jiaxing markets, with consistent growth in sales. The fabric uses Shenghong Group's technology, specifically DTX50D / 72F (dull yarn), with a specification of 300T and a plain weave with a double texture change. The dyeing and finishing process employs "green" dyeing techniques, followed by coating and calendering, resulting in a more natural and soft color palette. Available in a range of colors such as camel gray, coffee, navy, and yellow, it's widely used for down jacket fabrics and children's wear. According to local operators, the fabric is not only gaining traction in the domestic market but is also favored by foreign trade apparel companies. As a result, the current sales period is also helping to boost the demand for DTY50D / 72F polyester.
In addition, suede punching fabric has seen a strong rise in sales in both Shengze and Jiaxing markets. The fabric is performing well in both domestic and export markets, with a positive sales trend that has already exceeded expectations. This fabric is now one of the most sought-after options among traders and manufacturers alike.
