How to properly install aluminum alloy door and window glass?

Aluminum alloy door and window glass installation method:

There are two types of outer mounting method and inner mounting method.

(1) The outside installation method is that the operator stands on the scaffold or the hanging basket to install the glass of the aluminum alloy glass window. Firstly, the sealing strip is fixed on the inner side, and after the glass is positioned, the outer side is fixed, and a sealing glue is injected into the cavity to fix the joint. This is a practice of mixing dry and wet materials.

(2) The inside installation method is the opposite of the outside installation method, that is, the operator installs the glass of the aluminum alloy door and window on the indoor floor or indoor high stool. Firstly fix the sealing strip in the outer notch of the window, fix the glass, fix the inner side and fix the inner side and inject the sealant into the cavity of the notch. This is also the practice of mixing the wet and dry materials. .

The above two methods can also use only a single material, that is, a dry material or a wet material. If wet materials are used, fix one side first, and then glue the other side to the side. Whether using the inside mounting method or the outside mounting method, it is preferable to use a wet material on both sides. It is preferred to use a silicone sealant for the water-tight and air-tightness and the gelatin which is prolonged. For the general simple aluminum alloy doors and windows, a single layer of glass is used, and the dry material is used both inside and outside when fixing the glass. For high-grade aluminum alloy doors and windows, sandwich or insulating glass is generally used, and glass raw materials are also processed by heat-absorbing glass or colored glass. The method of fixing glass is to use all-wet materials or mixed materials.
