Li Chen and Pan Yubai jointly established and operated the trend store NPC settled in Women's Street, Wulin Road, Hangzhou.

December 27, heavy rain, Hangzhou Wulin Road, Women's Street is vocal. The trend-setting shop NPC set up and operated jointly by well-known VJ Li Chen and famous Taiwanese artist Pan Yubai settled in Hangzhou. Huang Weiwen, Jason (Tang Zhizhong), Chen Jianzhou and Yan Chenjie all joined in the show.

It is reported that the NPC's first store was founded in Shanghai in 2009 and aims to become a new project center for street street culture in China. This opening also brought Bjorn Borg, Sweden’s famous Nordic fashion brand, to Bjorn Borg’s first and most strategic distribution partner in China.
